Notice of attendance of working hours of cadres and employees

In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the entire region's political and legal system on the comprehensive and rigorous enforcement of the police conference, further improve the working style of the organs, strengthen the organizational discipline of all cadres and employees, standardize management, improve work efficiency, and ensure the smooth execution of various judicial administrative tasks The following rules are provided for further regulating the time and attendance of the work and rest of the organization:
8：00-12：00，打卡签到时间为7:00开始；下午工作时间为14：30-17：30（夏令时间为15:00-18：00），打卡签到时间为13:30（夏令时间为14:00）开始。 I. The working hours of cadres and employees in the morning are from 8:00 to 12:00, and the check-in time is from 7:00; the working hours in the afternoon are from 14:30 to 17:30 (summer time is from 15:00 to 18:00). Check-in starts at 13:30 (Daylight Saving Time 14:00).
Second, late check-in within 1 hour, remember to be late once; late check-in for more than 1 hour, remember to be absent for half a day; if there is no attendance record once, remember to be absent for half a day.
3. There are 4 times late for each month . Remember to be absent for half a day. Absenteeism for more than 15 consecutive days, or more than 30 days in a year, shall be dismissed.
Fourth, cadres and workers with field tasks do not need to check in.
5. Cadres and staff who apply for overtime must check in at work and off time. Anyone who fails to perform the overtime approval procedures in accordance with the regulations is not considered as overtime, and no overtime pay shall be calculated or arranged for compensatory rest.
The attendance results will be included in the performance appraisal. If there are special circumstances for cadres and employees, they should perform leave procedures in accordance with relevant regulations in advance.
The above provisions have been implemented since the date of announcement. Relevant departments are requested to communicate them in a timely manner, and all cadres and employees are required to strictly abide by them.
